Education Association: 3 categories - Graduating High School Seniors, Full-, Part-Time
College or Graduate Students & Citizens of Maine Pursuing. Further
Educational/Cultural Opportunities. Application forms for the 1st category are sent to all
state H.S. guidance counselors; Application forms for the 2nd & 3rd categories are
sent to all financial aid officers in institutions of higher education. In addition, all 3

Massachusetts
 | The Massachusetts Cultural Council
promotes excellence, access, education and diversity in the arts, humanities and
interpretive sciences, in order to improve the quality of life for all Massachusetts
residents and contribute to the economic vitality of our communities. The Council
receives an annual appropriation from the state legislature and funds from the National
Endowment for the Arts, the Wallace Foundation, and others. In turn, it makes thousands of
grants directly to organizations, artists, schools, and communities. For more information
